Role Overview

On behlaf of one of our esteemed clients, we are seeking a highly skilled ICT Consultant with expertise across ELV (Extra-Low Voltage systems), Audiovisual (AV), Information Technology (IT), and Systems Engineering to support our projects in India and the wider region. The role involves consulting, design, coordination, and project delivery for mission-critical ICT and building technology systems across smart buildings, infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.

The ICT consultant will work closely with clients, architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and technology partners to ensure solutions are future-ready, cost-effective, and aligned with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Advisory

Engage with clients to understand ICT and technology requirements. Provide advisory on ICT strategies, standards, and emerging technologies. Prepare feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and options analysis.

Design & Engineering

Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for ICT and ELV systems. Prepare drawings, specifications, and BOQs for: ELV Systems: Structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control, fire alarm integration, BMS interfaces. AV Systems: Conference rooms, auditoriums, digital signage, collaboration solutions. IT Infrastructure: Data centers, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, cybersecurity design considerations. Systems Engineering: Integration of ICT, OT, IoT, and smart building systems. Ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards (TIA, BICSI, ISO, IEEE, ITU), and project specifications.

Project Management & Delivery

Provide technical oversight during procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. Review contractor/shop drawings, material submittals, and compliance reports. Conduct site inspections, witness testing, and validate system performance. Manage coordination with MEP, civil, and architectural teams for technology integration.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders. Provide clear technical presentations and reports to clients and senior management. Support board-level reporting of technology strategy and project progress.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or Systems Engineering.

Certifications (preferred):

BICSI RCDD, CTS (AVIXA), PMP, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP. 6-12 years of ICT/ELV/AV/IT consultancy or systems design experience. Proven track record in design and delivery of large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Experience with smart building technologies, IoT integration, and converged networks is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ICT, AV, ELV, and integrated building systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and related design tools. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables under tight timelines. Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach. Awareness of cyber and physical security principles.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
