Teach core subjects (English, Math, EVS, Science etc.) as per ICSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, age-appropriate classroom instruction.
Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.
Manage classroom discipline and create a safe, positive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school activities, events, meetings and training sessions.
Support overall development of students -- academic, social and emotional.
Qualifications
Graduate with B.Ed / D.El.Ed / equivalent qualification.
3-5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (preferably ICSE).
Good communication skills and a child-friendly teaching approach.
Skills Required
Strong subject knowledge for primary level.
Patience, empathy and classroom-management ability.
Creativity in teaching methods and use of teaching aids.
Basic computer skills.
