Technical Support Analyst I

Provide 24/5 monitoring with skilled personnel.



Financial operations, payments processing, or banking settlement environments.



Knowledge of payment infrastructures is advantageous.



Be equipped to manage UNIX systems, MySQL databases, and reporting automation.



Collaborate across first, second, and third-line support, and maintain tight runbook discipline.



Be ready to interpret alerts manually and respond to issues in real-time.



Maintain updated documentation, reporting scripts, and ticketing for issue tracking and resolution.



Experience with ticketing platforms.
