Samruddhi Organic farm is one of our manufacturing plants which has been fostering organic farming since 2004 by following the vedic as well as biodynamic methods.With the acquired certified agricultural land of 75,000 acres we produce 200+ products such as Organic grain, pulses, oils&oil seeds, organic spices, natural dry fruits with the help of 40,000+ farmers, we also export in over 17 countries around the globe.Our products have warranted a high demand in the market for their delicious taste, level of hygiene, low calorie, freshness, purity, long shelf life and high nutritional value.

What you will do.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end certification activities for all ICS projects, processing units,


and plants (existing and new).
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Internal Control System (ICS) in line


with national and international organic standards.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suitable certification bodies for various organic


certifications.
Plan, schedule, and oversee internal inspections and external audits, ensuring timelines


and compliance requirements are met.
Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of all certification-related


documentation and records.
Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory


authorities.
Monitor compliance with organic standards (NPOP, NOP, EU, etc., as applicable) across


farmer groups, processing units, and supply chains.
Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformities identified


during audits.
Develop, update, and implement SOPs, policies, and manuals related to certification and


ICS operations.
Train and guide ICS staff, field teams, and internal stakeholders on certification


requirements and compliance best practices.
Maintain certification databases, traceability records, and reporting systems.

Support management with certification strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory


updates.

Samruddhi Organic Farm (I) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic

ICS Lead

(Certification)

to lead and manage end-to-end certification processes for Internal Control

Systems (ICS), processing units, and plants. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance

with organic standards, overseeing audits, managing certification bodies, and driving continuous

improvement across certification and compliance systems.
Proven experience handling internal and external audits for large farmer groups and


processing units.
Excellent documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills

High attention to detail and compliance orientation

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
