Roles and responsibiities Review draft tax provisioning statement for the specified period received from the CST team and documenting comments in Tax Clearance Memo as per the prescribed format Check relevant sections, notifications & circulars, commentaries, internal DPP position, external sources, and judicial precedents Review and update IRL with data from data-room, send templates containing financial summary, assessments summary, details of losses etc, research on issues identified during due diligence Preparing reconciliation of bank statement of funds along with bank statement provided by the custodian and submitting the reconciliation to the CST team Review of the draft tax audit report prepared by audit team along with financials, draft computation and certain other relevant documents shared by CST team Prepare and fill ITR based on the inputs received from the CST Delivering high quality CST work in light of changing regulatory environment Ensure compliance with risk management requirements Adherence to operational excellence norms on all work deliverables Innovation- Suggest new ideas to make existing work efficent Skill And Qualificaiton Requirements B.Com graduate Should have good communicaiton skills Any experience in the feild of Taxation will be an added advantage Equal Opportunity Employer KPMG India has a policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or other legally protected status.
