The ICM QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of incentive compensation calculations and configurations within the ICM platform. This position requires hands-on experience in(e.g.SPIFF ICM, CallidusCloud, Xactly). This role involves validating business rules, testing system configurations, and supporting UAT and production deployments to ensure compensation plans are implemented correctly and efficiently.
