Design, bake, and decorate customized cakes using icing, fondant, ganache, and other decorative techniques.
Create intricate fondant figurines, flowers, and other edible decorations.
Collaborate with customers and the bakery team to bring creative cake designs to life.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal across all cakes.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and finishing of cakes and ingredients.
Manage production schedules to meet daily orders and special event timelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the work area as per FSSAI standards.
Stay updated on current cake trends, designs, and decoration techniques.
Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
