Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain software solutions using iCertis to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.



Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. - Document software designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. - Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business. Conduct testing and validation of software applications to ensure functionality and reliability. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to support their professional growth. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business success. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of iCertis and its application in software development. - Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies. - Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain which is considered an advantage. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
