About the Role:
We are a leading dessert brand opening a new cafe in Kochi, seeking enthusiastic and energetic team members to join our store. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers at the counter. Prepare and serve shakes, desserts, ice cream, faloodas, sundaes, and other menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert station. Restock ingredients and utensils as needed. Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi. Prior experience in F&B, ice cream, dessert, or shakes counters is required. Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented. Team player with good time management skills. Culinary or food-handling certification is a plus (not mandatory).
Benefits:
