About the Role

This position plays a critical role in supporting the Company's global treasury operations team in managing $17B in annual money flow through 120+ bank accounts, 17 currencies, and 22 countries.

What You Will Do

Monitor bank accounts for adequate funding Support preparation of daily cash position report Reconcile global cash receipts to bank ledgers and accounts receivable Maintain wire transfer templates for global beneficiaries Initiate and monitor ACH and wire transfers through full cycle Research and troubleshoot items such as stop payments, payment confirmations, supplier banking setup, etc. Maintain, enhance, and distribute banking reports to internal functional teams as well as Senior Leadership Support bank KYC requests Assist team lead and Treasury leadership with ad hoc projects and special requests

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting. 1-2 years of treasury experience, particularly in global cash management Advanced knowledge of Windows based products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as web-based interactive systems. Excellent communication and analytical skills
