Job Purpose:



Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced internet based trading (IBT) Backoffice cum technical support executive at its headquarters in Rajkot. The candidate should possess relevant work experience and have a basic understanding of capital markets and risk management involved with securities trading. CandidateThe candidate will report to internet based trading head and risk management head on a daily basis.

Requirements:



? Qualification: MBA or B Com graduate or above, NCFM certification required

? Experience: Minimum 2 years in broking and financial institution in dealing and risk management

? Location: Rajkot

Responsibilities:



? Conduct follow ups of IBT clients with any technical or trading related queries.

? Perform daily tasks such as Online Id creation, send registration confirmation emails.

? Prepare MIS reports, analyze the data for IBT clients and product segments.

? Calling clients to activate them on online trading platforms.

? Resolve and respond to branch, sub-broker or client queries regarding IBT queries on calls and emails.

? Ability to manage and recommend ways to control or reduce risk

? Process batch creation, live data turnover uploads in the application, restore trading rights for view IDs,

? data migration, payout request data check, etc

? Online Payments queries solutions.

? Activation calling MIS preparation and submit to HOD.

? Manage end of the day data backup

? Prepare daily MIS and client risk reports and report to HOD.

? Ability to comprehend various regulatory circulars for risk management.

? UAT and Live testing for new received app version and Web version.

? Provide feedback to the department head as received from clients.

Skills:



? Proper knowledge of Mobile functionalities and technicalities.

? Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Problem Solving or Analysis skill.

? Should be Accurate and responsible.

? Tech savvy.

? Broking related basic knowledge.

? Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense

? Efficient, effective and organized in both the physical and digital words

? Modestly confident and also personable, good humored and trustworthy
