Key Responsibilities:-

Perform

welding on boilers, IBR pipelines, and pressure vessels

as per Indian Boiler Regulations. Carry out

butt, fillet, and groove welds

on pipes, tubes, and plates in various positions (1G-6G). Work strictly as per

approved WPS, IBR codes, and engineering drawings

. Ensure proper

weld quality, pre-heating, and PWHT (post-weld heat treatment)

. Coordinate with fitters and inspectors for

fit-up checks, NDT, and hydro testing

. Maintain strict adherence to

safety and IBR documentation requirements

.

Requirements

Valid

IBR Welder Certification (Regulation 609)

. Skilled in

SMAW, GTAW, TIG/MIG

welding processes. Minimum

3 years' experience

in IBR fabrication and boiler/piping projects. Knowledge of

safety protocols and quality assurance procedures

.

- IBR Fabric Fitter

Position

Key Responsibilities

:

Read and interpret

IBR-approved fabrication drawings and layouts

. Perform

cutting, edge preparation, alignment, and fit-up

of pipelines, flanges, and boiler parts. Ensure correct

root gap, tolerances, and alignment

before welding. Assist welders during

fit-up, tack welding, and inspection processes

. Handle assembly of

valves, fittings, supports, and accessories

as per IBR standards. Support inspectors during

hydro test and IBR approval process

. Maintain high standards of

safety and quality compliance

at the site.

Requirements

:-

Minimum

3 years' experience

in IBR fabrication projects. Proficient with measuring tools (

vernier calipers, gauges, spirit levels, etc.

). Familiar with

IBR codes, standards, and inspection procedures

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
