The purpose of this role is to ensure proper governance around network logistics and manage logistics-related communications across all IBP local markets Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Responsible for providing training to Vodafone/3PL users from time to time and on a need basis for IBP Demand & Supply Planning. Responsible for designing training documents for various IBP Demand & Supply planning and driving continuous improvement opportunities through a solid understanding of the Vodafone business and operating model and working alongside stakeholders within SCM, the business, and external partners. Responsible for managing offshore teams and delivering results in coordination with multiple cross-functional teams Uses judgment based on functional knowledge of Logistics Operating model and system and is expected to prepare high-end training documents Engages with Markets and global stakeholder to understand their various training needs Helps to identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, best practices sharing across markets, and ensuring SCM processes complement one another and deliver value. Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes, and procedures and the ability to provide insights using a graphical representation Should have excellent knowledge of PowerPoint presentations, SAP systems, Analytical tools, and Logistics principles. Good management skills and preferably experience in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment Ability to deconstruct and analyze processes, producing effective outcomes via the creation of and use of visual representation of captured data Effective Trainings Meeting deadlines Smooth stabilization of IBP Projects Results of initiated and implemented process changes Contribution to the team\'s knowledge base Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Excellent knowledge in IBP Demand & Supply Planning SAP tool Must have at-least 2-3 years of relevant experience in reputed organization Should have exposure in providing trainings Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes and procedures and the ability to provide insights using graphical representation Good management skills and preferably experience in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment Should have technical/professional qualifications: Postgraduate or Graduate in Computer Application or IT domain Should be an expert in presentation skill IT technology knowledge (SAP transactions, EVO, experience in SAP or web-based system development and integration) added advantage
