Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an IBP Sales professional. The IBP Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing customer accounts. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customers\' needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional value to customers. The IBP Sales professional will also maintain documentation and reports regarding sales activities, and participate in training and development activities to continually enhance their expertise in the field. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the software/technology industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales Planning processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Sales, Business, or a related field Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus Experience working with international customers is a plus monthly salary=50,000 monthly target=20 10% Incentive
