HiGreetings of the Day.We have a critical opening with our client for IBM Spectrum Symphony Engineer role for Remote location.Experience : 5 to 6 yrsLocation: Noida (Remote)Mode of Employment:Contract ( A Product based MNC)Responsibilities:(Client Delivery)

• Support the IBM Spectrum Symphony environment (IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced Edition)
• Support multi-tenant PaaS and SaaS applicationSupport applications across HPC clusters(IBM)
• Assist IBM development in product testing

Skills & Experience:

• 5-6 years of experience with IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced Edition, also Unison
• Strong and trusted technical advisory skills
• Grid environments spanning on premises and deployment in AWS
• Managing incidents, escalating and service request
• Responsible for product-specific incident management
• Use technical best practices for troubleshooting accuracy
• Use technical expertise of product functionality and effectively maintain this expertise to help end users.
• Provide expertise in performance tuning.
• Collaboration with the various teams
• Provide documentation to the client/end users
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
