Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, IBM Content Navigator).
Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
Manage security, user access, and backup/recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with development teams for deployments and migrations.
Required Skills
4-8years of IBM FileNet P8 administration experience.
Strong knowledge of FileNet architecture, WebSphere Application Server, and database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Good to have: IBM FileNet certifications, IBM Case Manager, scripting (Shell/Python).
