Roles and responsibilities:

• DataPower Certificate Renewal in Lower & Prod

Environment. Create a change ticket in ServiceSnow & implement changes in NDC/Tulsa/CSMCDatacenter.

• Participate in CSL release every week. Update in corresponding Tulsa appliances too.
• Participate in DR activity every week to keep all the appliances in sync.
• Create client id & scope changes on daily basis & service configuration for all services.
• Firmware Upgrade across all data centers as per

IBM standards.

• Support QA, Stage & Prod deployments for applications like CPP, eMLA, CrewPay, and

AflyersReWrite application.

• Monitoring & troubleshooting using tools like
