Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

IBM Cognitive AI Trainer

to deliver training on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cognitive computing using

IBM AI technologies

. The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theoretical concepts and hands-on implementation using IBM platforms, helping learners build practical, industry-ready AI skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training on

IBM Cognitive AI concepts and tools

Teach AI fundamentals: machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision Conduct hands-on sessions using

IBM Watson

and related IBM AI services Train learners on building, testing, and deploying AI models Explain use cases such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics Design and update training materials, labs, and assessments Guide learners through real-world projects and case studies Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback Support learners with mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions Stay updated with IBM AI product updates and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Hands-on experience with

IBM Watson

(Assistant, NLP, ML, or Studio) Experience with

Python

and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) Understanding of

data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation

Experience in delivering technical training or workshops Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

IBM AI or Data Science certifications Experience with

IBM Cloud

and deployment workflows Knowledge of

big data technologies

(Spark, Hadoop) Familiarity with MLOps concepts Experience training corporate professionals or students
Training Coverage (Example Modules)
