Your Role and Responsibilities
Review initial requirement provided in ticket raised by the Jira helpdesk.,
Screen, triage and assign to proper queue and owner, reproduce issue if possible.
Perform basic health check of the systems and services like system access issues, adding to blue groups, adding or removing access configuration updates, reading logs etc
Perform system activities like System stop and start, usage issues (if require hardware updates/upgrades including RAM increase then work with infrastructure team)
Coordinate with all support levels till the closure of the ticket and Coordinate with /L3/L4 /Soc team for Sev1 and Security breach incident.
Perform security patch updates.

Linux/Unix working experience. Good Analytical and troubleshooting Skills
Interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Active listener.
Able to handle stress and volume of workload
Document and write runbooks with initial resolution
Understanding Jira and GitHub
Ability to Read and analyze server, application logs
Able to diagnose problems/Issues/defects and communicate back to client
Non-technical:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead the technical direction
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Open minded, willing to share knowledge and learn new skills
Passion for current industry standards and best practices
