Responsibilities
Should have Minimum 3 yrs of Experience
System Setup & Configuration
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM BAW components (e.g., Workflow Center, Process Admin Console) and related infrastructure such as WebSphere Application Server and Case Management environments.
Operational Oversight
Monitor system performance, availability, and stability.
Administer clustering for high availability.
Apply security patches, updates, and performance tuning as needed.
Troubleshooting & Support
Provide technical assistance to developers, operators, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams--DBAs, network, middleware, and IBM support--for issue resolution.
Administrative Role Enforcement
Manage access control through administrative roles and groups, including mapping users to roles like CellAdmin and DeAdmin, which govern WebSphere and BAW privileges.
Backup & Recovery Management
Establish and validate backup and recovery processes for BAW environments.
