We are seeking a passionate and experienced IBDP Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic faculty and contribute to our mission of academic excellence and lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
Teach IBDP Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and/or Applications and Interpretation (AI) at HL/SL levels, following IB curriculum standards.
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote conceptual understanding and inquiry-based learning.
Guide students in completing Internal Assessments (IAs) and prepare them effectively for IB examinations.
Design, assess, and evaluate learning materials aligned with IB principles and SGIS academic policies.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development, moderation, and interdisciplinary learning.
Participate actively in professional learning, departmental meetings, and school-wide activities.
Maintain effective communication with parents and contribute to the overall development of students.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IBDP Mathematics (AA and/or AI).
Valid teaching qualification/certification.
Strong command of the IB philosophy and assessment criteria.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in integrating technology into classroom instruction.
Availability to join immediately is essential.
