skills, and global contexts into daily teaching. Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and abilities.
Learning Environment

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports collaboration, curiosity, and independence. Establish clear routines and expectations that promote responsible behaviour and self-management.
Assessment & Reporting

Use formative and summative assessment strategies aligned with IB practices. Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and evidence of learning. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress effectively to parents.
Collaboration & Professional Responsibilities

Collaborate with grade-level teams for planning, reflection, and curriculum alignment. Participate actively in PYP meetings, school events, and professional development. Engage in reflective practice to continuously improve teaching and learning. Communicate professionally and positively with parents and the school community.
Student Well-being & Safeguarding

Ensure the social, emotional, and physical well-being of all students. Adhere strictly to school safeguarding and child protection policies.
