We are looking for a passionate and experienced

IB PYP (Primary Years Programme) Coordinator

to join our esteemed institution in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and will play a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the PYP program across grades.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IB PYP curriculum across all primary grades. Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of inquiry-based learning. Organize regular PYP meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions. Support teachers in unit planning, assessments, and maintaining IB standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between the school and the IB organization. Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, providing constructive feedback. Assist in aligning school policies and practices with IB philosophy. Organize exhibitions, parent engagements, and school events related to the PYP. Maintain necessary documentation and prepare the school for IB evaluations and authorization visits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and B.Ed. mandatory. 3-6 years of experience in IB PYP teaching or program coordination. Deep understanding of IB PYP philosophy, curriculum, and assessment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of educators. Female candidates preferred due to role specifications.
