Hike on last salary (approx. ?50,000 - ?60,000 per month)

We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced IB PYP Coordinator

to lead and support the implementation of the

IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)

in our school in

Bhubaneswar, Odisha

. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the PYP framework, and a commitment to fostering a high-quality international learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

planning, implementation, and evaluation

of the IB PYP curriculum. Support teachers in

designing transdisciplinary units, assessments, and inquiry-based learning experiences

. Ensure teaching practices align with

IB PYP philosophy, standards, and learning objectives

. Coordinate with the

IB regional office

for program authorization, evaluation, and compliance. Lead

professional development sessions

and mentor faculty members to enhance instructional quality. Monitor student progress and ensure effective use of assessment data for academic planning. Collaborate with school leadership to implement

strategic academic goals

. Facilitate

parent communication, workshops, and community engagement

. Maintain

PYP documentation, reports, and compliance records

.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

IB PYP curriculum, philosophy, and standards

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to mentor teachers and guide curriculum implementation effectively. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strategic thinking and a passion for educational excellence. Familiarity with

IB evaluation and accreditation processes

is an advantage.
