Job Description

Qualification:

Master's degree or higher in Psychology from a recognised university
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE / International curriculum
Lady candidate preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12) as per curriculum guidelines
Prepare lesson plans, teaching material, and assessments
Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning and engagement
Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and activity-based learning
Maintain student records, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback
Guide students for board exam preparation, projects, and competitive exams (if any)
Coordinate with parents, counselors, and school management on student well-being and
performance

Participate in school events, workshops, and academic improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication skills
Student-centric and empathetic approach to teaching
Classroom management and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive and emotionally supportive learning environment
Familiarity with modern pedagogy and digital teaching tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
