About the Role

Filo is hiring passionate and experienced IB MYP Mathematics Online Tutors. This is a great opportunity to work with international learners, guiding them through the IB MYP framework and preparing them for assessments while teaching from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions in IB MYP Mathematics (Number, Algebra, Geometry & Trigonometry, Statistics & Probability). Provide academic support for homework, projects, formative/summative assessments, and exam preparation. Help students understand the IB MYP assessment criteria, marking scheme, and exam patterns. Create an interactive and engaging learning environment that supports concept clarity and analytical skills. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication during all sessions.
Requirements

Prior experience in teaching IB MYP Mathematics (Grades 6-10) is mandatory. Strong subject expertise in the IB MYP curriculum and familiarity with assessment rubrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with international students. Laptop & Pen Tablet (mandatory for teaching). Comfortable working during international time zones (6 PM - 12 AM IST).
Work Schedule

6 days a week 3 hours per day (within 6 PM - 12 AM IST)
Pay & Benefits
