Overview:

IAO - PLM End User Support
Responsibilities:
Perform PLM Engg end user support activities on 3D exp, Enovia/CATIA & other tools Perform engg end user support for RNTBCI users on Enovia/CATIA & other CAD/PDM applications for Operational support, assistance, methodologies, Coaching and Floor walking support. Being an actor on the end-user incident workflow . Resolving incident at RNTBCI level in a timely manner or escalate Provide software explanation, methodologies and coaching to end users. Monitor local status of Engineering application: overall behaviour, performance measures,.... Good rapport with end users by ensuring quality output on technical issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering
Essential skills:
Strong trouble shooting skills CATIA/Enovia or NX/Team centre & other CAD/PDM & CAE applications Tool Operational knowledge can be added advantage Must have experience in Automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite Exposure to ITIL framework
