Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions within WTW.
- Support and administer Identity tools such as Entra ID and Active Directory, including account/group management, application deployment, and troubleshooting authentication issues.
- Implement and maintain IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Troubleshoot identity-related issues and incidents to resolution.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and identity management solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and identity management.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and identity management.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
