Reports To: Head of Identity and Access Management
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)Role PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance and expand our SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) environment, driving automation and reducing manual processes across RSA's assets. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient identity governance and administration (IGA), while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives under the Cyber Resilience Program.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical security improvements and shape RSA's identity management strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, workflows, roles, policies, and connectors.
• Design and implement RBAC and ABAC frameworks to support organizational access controls.
• Automate manual IAM processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and third-party systems.
• Create dynamic reports to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Collaborate across teams to address IAM-related risks, audit findings, and incidents.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on IAM best practices and SailPoint configuration.
• Support deployment and change processes across development, testing, and production environments.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience configuring and supporting SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles.
• Hands-on experience with RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW)/SailPoint module integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
• Experience delivering audit reports and managing audit-related priorities.
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines (Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod) and software testing phases (SIT, UAT).
