Position Overview: As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of the company's human resources functions. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a positive work culture. You will work closely with the executive team and department managers to align HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled IT professionals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
2. Employee Development and Training:
Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and individual development plans.
Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
3. Performance Management:
Develop and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and recognition.
4. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage all HR operations activities.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, joining bonus, per diems and leave administration.
6. Employee Engagement and Culture:
Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and a positive work culture.
Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Implement employee feedback mechanisms and take actions based on feedback.
7. HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Microsoft knowledge on excel, PP, word ,,etc.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
Solid understanding of IT job roles, skills, and market trends.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
