Job Summary (List Format):
- Coordinate purchasing functions in compliance with company and mandate requirements.
- Support procurement activities for various project purchase requests as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and service providers to ensure best value.
- Manage vendor relationships, including conducting vendor assessments.
- Work towards achieving departmental objectives and goals within the allocated budget.
- Ensure timely procurement of multiple product types as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and pay close attention to detail throughout the procurement process.
- Utilize MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software purchase modules in daily tasks.
- Apply knowledge of equipment, materials, mechanical, and automation-related materials (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in all procurement activities.
