Technical Skills (Must have):

Proficient in one of the programming languages (Java, Python, Full stack)
Solid working knowledge of Automation Frameworks: Robot with Selenium web driver, Java with Selenium, CodeCept, Appium, Postman & Rest API
Solid expertise in Linux and SQL DB (Oracle / MySql)
Knowledge of DevOps tools like GITLab, Jenkins, Jira and X-Ray
Work experience in CICD pipeline integration and environmental set up.
Identification & evaluation of Automation tools/frameworks,
Good to have knowledge in Protocol and Packet Analysers (TCPDUMP, Ethereal)
Good exposure to Load runner, jMeter, curl loader and other performance tools
Good to have knowledge in Debugging skills with the necessary tools like Fiddler, Valgrind and Helgrind
Knowledge in Software testing Life cycles and Software Development Life Cycle

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing Automation strategy and Automation framework.
Understanding the requirements, Identifying, and selecting the automation test cases
Preparation of Automation set up & work environment
Developing automation suites for the identified test cases.
Collaborating with Testing team & Software Developers to develop solutions.
Development of Mobile automation suites for iOS & Android devices.
Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases
Collating and monitoring the defect management process
Managing the automation changes and executing regression tests
Finding solutions for automation problems
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Developing the Automation skills for the team & enabling the team to develop the automation suites.
Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
