Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across:Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)Google Ads & Meta AdsEmail marketing and newslettersContent marketing (blogs, infographics, case studies)Plan and schedule social media content; engage with audiences and monitor performanceTrack campaign metrics--impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI--and prepare performance reportsConduct keyword research, SEO audits, and optimize website pagesCoordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging assetsResearch industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunitiesAssist in events, webinars, or other brand-building activitiesIdeal ProfileGender: MaleExperience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, preferably in logistics or B2C Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldSkills Required:Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing toolsSolid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC principlesExperience running paid campaigns and optimizing performanceGood copywriting skills and familiarity with CMS toolsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailLanguage: Fluent in English and conversational Hindi preferred
