Responsibilities of a Hyva / Tipper Supervisor:
Supervision of Tipper Operations:
Overseeing the daily activities of tipper trucks and drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures.
Maintenance Management:
Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair work on tipper trucks, including routine checks, preventative maintenance, and addressing any breakdowns or malfunctions.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all tipper operations are conducted safely, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among drivers and maintenance personnel.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data related to tipper operations.
Driver Management:
Managing drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and providing guidance and support.
Inventory Management:
Managing spare parts and supplies for tipper maintenance, ensuring availability for repairs and replacements.
Communication:
Acting as a point of contact between drivers, maintenance staff, and management, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
