We are hiring an experienced

Hyperion P&E Senior Consultant

for a long-term

Contract-to-Hire

opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in

Oracle Hyperion Planning & Essbase (P&E)

and will work closely with global stakeholders during night shift hours.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level financial planning and budgeting solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support

Hyperion Planning & Essbase (P&E)

applications Lead end-to-end

implementation, enhancement, and support

activities Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain

business rules, calc scripts, and reports

Perform application maintenance, performance tuning, and issue resolution Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and business users Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in

Oracle Hyperion Planning & Essbase (P&E)

Hands-on experience with

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

processes Expertise in

business rules, calculations, and data integration

Experience working in

support and enhancement projects

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in

night shift (10 PM - 6 AM IST)

Good to Have

Experience with

Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

or

FDMEE

Exposure to

C2H or long-term contract roles

Experience working with global clients
