Perform cleaning duties on equipment, work areas, and floors to meet hygiene and safety standards.
Standard enforcement:
Ensure that the area of operation maintains a high standard of cleanliness and that all relevant procedures, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP, are followed.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies regarding personal hygiene, appearance, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Storage and handling:
Properly store food and groceries to maintain their safety and suitability.
Monitoring:
Observe and report any hygiene or safety issues to management.
