Conduct audits and inspections:

Staff training:
Educate and train all staff on best practices for personal hygiene, cleaning, and waste disposal.
Ensure compliance:
Verify that all operations meet local, national, and international health and safety regulations and standards.
Manage equipment:
Ensure all hygiene-related equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in effective working order.
Incident management:
Investigate and report on hygiene-related incidents, such as foodborne illnesses, and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all training, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Liaise with other departments:
Collaborate with other teams, such as food safety, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure a comprehensive approach.
Pest control:
Work with pest control services to manage and review the effectiveness of pest control programs.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is often preferred. Relevant fields include Environmental Science, Biological Science, Industrial Technology, or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
