Role
Inspection of Kitchen Facilities.
Check food handling, storage, cooking, and serving practices
Ensure compliance with food safety laws and hygiene regulations
Collect food and water samples for laboratory testing
Monitor cleanliness of kitchens, equipment, and storage area
Maintain inspection reports and legal documentation
Qualification: Degree in Hotel management and catering.
