About Us Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 26000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.



Your day to day -Conducts kitchen inspections on the personal, environmental and food hygiene conditions and provides a corrective action plan and keep record on findings. -To perform microbiological analysis of food & beverages, hand, linen equipment, swab testing and falling aerial count check -Maintains documentation on all hygiene and food safety standards throughout the operation. -Conduct Hygiene audit of all kitchen associates and provides feedback The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed. What we need from you Degree or Vocational Certificate in Microbiology/Food Technology.
