Key Responsibilities:
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained across all cafe outlets
Conduct regular and continuous visits to different outlets for hygiene inspections
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
in hygiene, food safety, or food service operations
Monitor food handling, storage, kitchen sanitation, and personal hygiene practices
Identify hygiene gaps and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and implement strategies and ideas to improve outlet hygiene standards
Conduct hygiene audits and submit reports to management
Train outlet staff on hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety best practices
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve hygiene-related issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
BSc Food Technology

BSc Hotel Management
, or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to travel frequently between outlets
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Good observation, reporting, and communication skills
