Position Summary



The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and driving business growth for Agriculture Hydrogel Product across diverse applications, including forest, horticulture and agricultural sectors. This role requires a professional with strong understanding on forestry, horticulture and agriculture domain with proven sales expertise, and exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate product value to clients.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Execution



o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plan for hydrogel products.

o Conduct market research to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Sales Management



o Achieve sales targets by expanding customer base and strengthening distributor networks.

o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients and partners.

o Prepare periodic sales reports for senior management.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement



o Establish and maintain strong relationships with agricultural businesses.

o Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to showcase hydrogel applications.

Presentation & Communication



o Deliver professional presentations to clients, partners, and internal teams.

o Prepare sales decks, brochures, and training materials to support business development.

o Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills



Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Materials Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and sales, preferably in biomaterials, or specialty chemicals.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and digital communication tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

Preferred Attributes



Experience in hydrogel/fertilizer related industries.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, CE, ISO) for hydrogel-based products.

Creative approach to simplifying complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.

Multilingual proficiency for global market outreach.
