Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E in Mechanical / Hydraulic-related field

Job Responsibilities:
Assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic power packs
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of hydraulic systems
Strong hands-on experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, fittings, and manifolds
Diagnose and rectify hydraulic system issues related to pressure, flow, leakage, and temperature
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic equipment
Support R&D and development activities for new hydraulic system designs and improvements
Assist in prototype testing and performance validation
Provide on-site service support and customer troubleshooting when required
Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical drawings
Coordinate with design and production teams for system improvements
Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of hydraulic cylinders (single-acting, double-acting, telescopic, etc.)
Well Knowledge in hydraulic power packs and valves
Hands-on experience with hydraulic pumps (gear, vane, piston) and hydraulic valves (directional, pressure control, flow control)
Knowledge of hydraulic oils, filtration systems, and contamination control
Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Willingness to travel for service and commissioning if required
