We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Press Operator to operate and maintain hydraulic press machines safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, basic maintenance, and quality control to ensure accurate and timely production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate hydraulic press machines as per production requirements.
Set up machines, tools, and dies according to job specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure correct pressure, speed, and alignment.
Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of machines.
Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain production records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety rules and proper housekeeping standards.
Work with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hydraulic Press Operator.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, tooling, and press settings.
Ability to read job instructions and basic drawings.
Familiar with measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers (preferred).
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
