Hydraulic Machine Deep Draw Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an

experienced operator

to handle

Hydraulic Deep Draw Machines

for manufacturing components as per specifications. The role involves setting up and calibrating machines for production runs, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the Press:

Use hydraulic deep draw machines to form metal into required shapes and specifications.

Machine Setup & Calibration:

Prepare, set up, and calibrate machines for production runs.

Ensuring Safety:

Strictly follow safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout) to prevent accidental machine operation.

Machine Maintenance:

Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance as required.

Quality Monitoring:

Observe machine performance, check finished components, and make adjustments for accuracy and efficiency.

Adherence to Policies:

Work in a fast-paced environment while following company standards, punctuality, and discipline.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operating

hydraulic deep draw machines

. Strong knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Candidates residing in or around
