Hydraulic Lead - Engineering - Full Time - Navi Mumbai, India

We are looking for a Hydraulic Lead - Engineering to join our FE_Energy team in India .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Facilitate seamless transfer of new product technologies between Sulzer India and global design centers in Germany, USA, and Switzerland. Ensure alignment of local manufacturing capabilities with global design standards. Lead the performance analysis and evaluation of newly developed pump series. Define and oversee activities from pattern creation to final pump performance validation. Collaborate with global design teams to approve pump models based on performance results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Work experience: 15+ years of experience, in Centrifugal pump hydraulics and design of pump field including API standard. Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Must have hands on experience pump hydraulics, problem solving, Pump testing, knowledge of all API type of pumps, Basic knowledge of 3D design software. Experience in UG NX & Teamcenter will be an added advantage. Education: Level: BE Subject: Mech. Certifications: - Any relevant certification will be an added advantage Software skills: CAD Software (AutoCAD, Inventor, UGNX), Microsoft office suit Soft skills: Team player, Leadership traits, Business communication, Problem Solving Other: SAP knowledge (experience preferred)
