Position: Hydraulic Engineer Location: Sakinaka Responsibilities:As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of hydraulic systems that meet our clients\' performance, safety, and efficiency requirements. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-quality solutions for various applications.

• Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements and collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
• Design and develop hydraulic systems and components, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and controls.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for hydraulic system designs.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure system performance and efficiency.
• Select appropriate components and materials, considering factors such as pressure, flow rate, viscosity, and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate hydraulic systems into larger mechanical assemblies or industrial processes.
• Test and validate hydraulic systems through prototype fabrication and rigorous testing procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hydraulic systems in existing installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hydraulic engineering.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and contributing to design reviews.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the design and implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in hydraulic system design, analysis, and optimization.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS Fluent).
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanics of materials.
• Experience with hydraulic component selection, sizing, and integration.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CAD software for designing hydraulic system components.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation is an advantage.
