Senior Hydraulics Engineer

Position Summary:

The

Hydraulic Engineer

will be responsible for the

design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting

of hydraulic powerpack systems used in our electric power pack systems and industrial automation setups. The role requires strong knowledge of

hydraulic fluid systems, circuit design, and pressure-flow control principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

hydraulic powerpacks

and fluid circuits as per project requirements. Prepare

hydraulic schematics, BOMs, and circuit layouts

using CAD tools. Select appropriate components--pumps, valves, filters, actuators, hoses, and fittings. Conduct

testing, inspection, and troubleshooting

of hydraulic systems. Manage

fluid selection, contamination control, and preventive maintenance.

Support assembly and commissioning of machines integrated with hydraulic systems. Maintain proper documentation of designs, test reports, and service records. Coordinate with vendors and production teams for component procurement and installation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Sound understanding of

hydraulic principles, flow and pressure regulation.

Experience with

hydraulic powerpacks, manifolds, and industrial fluid systems.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD / SolidWorks

for circuit design and layout. Knowledge of

ISO / DIN standards

for hydraulic systems. Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot

hydraulic schematics.

Strong problem-solving and analytical approach. Excellent coordination and communication with internal teams.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering.

Salary Range:

?60,000 - ?70,000 per month (depending on experience and technical skills)
