Chef de Cuisine - Hyderabad Cuisine (Veg & Non-Veg)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and prepare authentic Hyderabad cuisine, including both veg and non-veg dishes. If you're passionate about cooking and want to showcase your skills, apply now!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Hyderabad dishes, including biryani, haleem, kebabs, curries, and more

- Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks

- Develop and implement new menu items and specials

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a senior role

- Experience with Hyderabad cuisine and cooking techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: ?20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
