Job Role & Responsibilites

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Build efficient and reusable front-end systems using React / React Native. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create robust, scalable, and maintainable applications. Debug and optimize code to improve performance. Implement state management solutions using libraries such as Redux, MobX, or the Context API. Integrate with back-end services and APIs, ensuring data consistency and application stability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and React ecosystem.

Required / Must to have skills:

Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with React.js and its core principles. Knowledge of popular React.js workflows (such as Redux). Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Good to have skills:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Understanding of WebSocket's or other push-based mechanisms. Node.js knowledge (basic APIs, npm, simple backend understanding). Exposure to TypeScript. Understanding of Git/GitHub. Knowledge of UI libraries (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.) Familiarity with Flutter and Dart is a plus.
