Hiring for Purchase Executive
Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Looking for HVAC industry background candidates
Day shift job

Education: Diploma/ITI/BE Mechanical preferred
Age below 35
6 Days working 1 rotational week off
Experience: More than 2-3 years is required

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Procurement of Materials and Services

Identify Material Requirements: Work closely with the production, planning, and inventory teams to determine the materials and services required for manufacturing processes. Procurement Planning: Plan and prioritize the procurement process in line with production schedules and demand forecasts to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
2. Purchase Order Management

Purchase Order Creation: Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) to selected vendors based on material requirements and approved vendor lists. Ensure all POs contain accurate details, including quantities, price, delivery schedule, and terms of payment. Order Follow-up: Track and follow up on the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues related to the order.
3. Inventory Management

Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and reorder materials in a timely manner to avoid disruptions in the production process. Maintain a balance between adequate stock levels and minimizing inventory holding costs.
4 . Reporting and Documentation

Purchase Reports: Regularly update management with reports on procurement activities, stock levels, vendor performance, and any issues or risks in the supply chain. Data Entry: Ensure that all procurement-related data is accurately entered into the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or other inventory management software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
